Wood & Smith, P.C. was formed in 1998 by Bruce Wood and Bruce Smith, formerly corporate partners at Devorsetz Stinziano Gilberti Heintz & Smith, P.C.

• Health Care: Physician-centered practice including representation of physicians, physician groups, provider networks (including IPAs), ambulatory surgery centers and other ancillary service providers; counseling on compliance issues including HIPAA, Medicare fraud and abuse, Stark and anti-kickback and antitrust; provider joint ventures and strategic alliances; certificates of need; professional licensing matters; entity formation; financing and real estate.
